ACA provides residential and commercial HVAC services including installation, repair, maintenance, and indoor air quality solutions in the Tucson, Arizona area. Service availability is subject to scheduling, geographic area, and other factors at our discretion.
Air Conditioning Associates, Inc. will collect verbal opt-ins from customers. Customers will be able to opt in to receive SMS notifications (e.g., billing, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, job completion surveys) either in person at our location or during a phone call initiated by the customer.

Free estimates are provided for system replacements and installations. Service call and diagnostic fees may apply for repair visits. Final pricing will be provided before any work begins. We reserve the right to adjust estimates if site conditions differ materially from what was described at the time of the estimate.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within a reasonable time and we will return to make it right at no additional charge, subject to the specific circumstances of the job.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
